The Italian luxury brand will unveil its Cruise 2026 collection in Florence on May 15.
BACK HOME: Gucci’s creative director, Sabato De Sarno, is honoring Florence—the birthplace of the brand in 1921—by choosing it as the venue for this collection, aptly titled “Gucci Firenze.”
The specific location within the city will be revealed later.
This marks De Sarno’s second cruise collection, following the London show last May at Tate Modern, attended by stars like Dua Lipa, Demi Moore, Paul Mescal, and Kate and Lila Moss.
Florence previously hosted a destination show when De Sarno’s predecessor, Alessandro Michele, showcased Gucci’s cruise 2018 collection at the Palatina Gallery in Palazzo Pitti.
